Your Impact

As an AWS Data Engineer, you will be the backbone of our cloud-native big data platform, enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities across TIS. You’ll work closely with our Data Platform Engineering team, shaping the architecture that powers mission-critical insights for internal teams and global customers.

• Deep expertise in AWS Data services: DMS, S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, IAM, Lake Formation, DataZone, QuickSight, Data Firehose
• Solid experience with data processing pipelines, data governance, and RDBMS/data warehouse technologies. 
• Strong understanding of batch and streaming data processing for scalable pipelines
• Proficiency in Python 3 or JVM-based languages (e.g., Scala). 
• Strong knowledge of data protection and security best practices. 
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK). 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation. 
• Expertise in quality and test automation including data integrity checks, schema validation to ensure high data quality.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/GenAI frameworks (Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, LangChain, LlamaIndex). 
• Excellent foundation in software engineering principles (SOLID, Clean Code). 
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Design and maintain robust, scalable ETL pipelines to process massive daily data volumes. 
• Build and optimize our AWS-based data lake and analytical platform. 
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all processes. 
• Drive data lake adoption across TIS squads and empower teams with self-service analytics. 
• Contribute to the implementation and scaling of our GenAI platform, integrated into the data ecosystem.
