AVP National Technical CompliancePRIMARY PURPOSE: To direct delivery of workers’ compensation legislative, regulatory and precedential case law information, and training to operations and client services to ensure compliance; to represent Sedgwick among industry stakeholders as subject matter expert for workers’ compensation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional designation or equivalency such as AIC, CPCU or ARM preferred.
Experience
Ten (10) years of experience in project management or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience managing national initiatives strongly preferred. Training experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
