Sutherlin Nissan Orlando is looking for a motivated and personable Automotive Client Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on creating a positive experience for customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey while providing timely assistance, coordinating requests, and helping customers connect with the right dealership resources remotely.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating professionally, and working with technology. Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with questions , appointments, dealership services, and general inquiries.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, text, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate customer requests and connect clients with appropriate sales or service team members.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and requests are properly addressed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in company systems.
• Help resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience during every customer interaction.
• Work collaboratively with dealership teams to ensure customers receive timely assistance.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer-experience goals.
