Automation Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Automation & Tracking Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the systems and integrations that power our client funnels and internal workflows. You’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly—automated, tracked, and reportable.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and manage AI Chatbots using tools like HighLevel and CloseBot.ai
-Build and manage integrations and automations in tools like HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, and more
-Configure tracking tools like Hyros and ClickMagick for paid media performance and attribution
-Implement tagging and segmentation systems within CRM/funnel platforms
-Set up and test tracking across funnels to ensure data accuracy for marketing teams
-Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and client delivery
-Solve tech issues and support other miscellaneous automation/tech tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
-Previous experience in marketing automation or similar tech-heavy role (agency experience is a plus)
-Proficiency in platforms like:
-HighLevel
-ClickFunnels
-Zapier
-Hyros / ClickMagick
-Strong understanding of funnels, CRM systems, and tracking principles
-Attention to detail and high-level organizational skills
-Problem-solver mindset with excellent communication skills
-Must be available during EST working hours

Bonus Points If You:
-Have experience in virtual event marketing
-Understand conversion tracking & analytics deeply
-Are proactive and thrive in fast-paced remote environments
