What You'll Do

As an Audit & Assurance Manager, you'll play a key leadership role overseeing client engagements, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS standards
• Lead engagement planning, execution, and final delivery
• Oversee multiple client engagements while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting, audit, and business matters
• Review tax engagements and identify planning opportunities
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff accountants and seniors
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• • GAAP
  • GAAS
  • SSARS
• Experience managing audit and assurance engagements
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving real estate clients
• Exposure to tax planning and tax review work
• Experience with QuickBooks, Lacerte, SurePrep, Thomson Reuters Suite, or similar platforms
