Role Overview

  • As an AU Music Quality Control Coordinator, you'll be the final checkpoint before music releases go live on major streaming platforms. You'll review releases with precision, ensure metadata is accurate, identify potential issues before they become problems, and help artists deliver their work to audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and quality-check music releases before distribution.
  • Process and deliver releases to digital streaming platforms.
  • Identify metadata discrepancies and release errors.
  • Maintain quality standards across high-volume workflows.
  • Collaborate with Artist Support teams to resolve release queries.
  • Assist in identifying and preventing fraudulent or infringing uploads.
  • Work closely with rights, royalties, and distribution teams.
  • Support priority artist releases and critical deadlines.
  • Investigate and resolve release-related issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and workflow documentation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quality control, administration, content moderation, operations, data processing, or a similar detail-focused role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with systems, databases, content management systems, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Experience working toward KPIs, productivity targets, and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
  • Experience in the music industry
  • Background in digital media, publishing, compliance, administration, or content review
  • Understanding of music metadata standards
  • Exposure to music distribution, rights management, royalties, or digital content workflows
  • Experience supporting quality assurance or content review processes

Work Details
  • Employment Type: Full-Time.
  • Work Setup: Fully Remote / Work From Home.
