Role Overview
Great mortgage support is often invisible when it’s done well.
Documents are exactly where they should be. Brokers know where every client stands. Customers aren’t left wondering. And those small details that could become big headaches? You’ve already caught them.
We’re looking for an AU Mortgage Broker Support Officer to remotely support one of our Australian clients and help keep brokers, customers and loan files moving in the right direction.
You’ll work across document management, data entry, compliance checks, lender pricing, valuations and customer follow-ups. You’ll be trusted to manage your workload, identify missing information, follow established processes and give brokers an accurate, current view of their clients’ progress.

Key Responsibilities
Download, cross-check, rename and correctly file client documents.
Enter and maintain accurate client and document information in MyCRM.
Review documentation against compliance requirements.
Confirm sensitive information, including TFNs and government numbers, is appropriately redacted.
Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up with customers.
Keep brokers updated on document and application progress through the shared Trello board.
Assist with lender pricing and valuation requests.
Manage documents and correspondence across shared inboxes, Google Drive and client-specific loan folders.
Maintain organized, accurate and current loan files.
Follow established mortgage support and compliance processes.
Manage competing priorities and complete work accurately and on time.
Participate in regular team and manager meetings.
Communicate clearly with brokers, customers and team members.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Understanding of the Australian mortgage industry and mortgage broker support processes.
Strong administration and document management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, resilient and disciplined when working autonomously.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the Australian lending or mortgage industry.
Previous administration or customer service support experience.
Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
Experience using Gmail and Google Docs.
Experience working with MyCRM, Trello and Google Drive.
