• Design and develop engaging online and blended learning programs.
  
• Convert knowledge resources into interactive digital learning content.
  
• Manage instructional design projects from planning through delivery.
  
• Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
  
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
  
• Ensure learning materials meet quality standards and project timelines.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience.
  
• Experience designing and developing online and blended learning programs.
  
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
  
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  
• Strong project management skills.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  

• Experience facilitating virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
  
• Passion for adult learning and continuous improvement.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
  
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented work style.
