Role Overview

As our AU Instructional Learning Designer, you'll transform complex information into engaging learning experiences that inspire confidence and drive real results. From crafting interactive digital courses to facilitating impactful training sessions, you'll combine creativity, instructional expertise, and project management to deliver learning that truly sticks. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging online and blended learning programs.
- Convert knowledge resources into interactive digital learning content.
- Manage instructional design projects from planning through delivery.
- Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
- Ensure learning materials meet quality standards and project timelines.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience.
- Experience designing and developing online and blended learning programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience facilitating virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
- Passion for adult learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented work style.
