We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer Trainee to join our development team. In this role, you will undergo intensive training to build a strong foundation in software engineering principles, coding standards, and system design. Key Responsibilities
On-the-Job Training: Actively participate in workshops and training sessions to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
Software Development: Assist in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for non-complex modules under the guidance of senior developers.
Testing and Debugging: Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects through unit and integration testing.
Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews to gain exposure to professional project workflows and team dynamics.
Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documents, such as user manuals and README files, to support future maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance both personal growth and team productivity.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Engineering degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++.
Foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Data Structures.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
