Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to manage publication workflows and records within client publication management platforms. This role is critical in ensuring accurate project tracking, stakeholder coordination, compliance with publication processes, and timely delivery of publications. The position requires strong project management, communication, stakeholder management and operational excellence to support global publication programs.

Please Note: You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. 


Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end publication projects within client publication management platforms.
  • Create, maintain, and update publication records, workflows, timelines, and project documentation within the publication management systems.
  • Track project milestones, maintain project status reports, monitor risks, manage escalations and publication metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including publication leads, authors, reviewers, publication owners, and clients to facilitate document review and approval processes, ensuring adherence to client publication SOPs.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with client policies and compliance requirements through accurate reporting.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence by managing internal service level agreements.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment, with agility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
  • Support onboarding, training, and change management activities related to publication management platforms and workflows.
  • Oversee financial processes including timely invoicing for the services provided.

Qualifications and Prerequisites


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree is required; a background in Life Sciences or Pharma is preferred. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Medical Device companies. 
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills, with knowledge of project/account management principles. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation capabilities. 
  • Prior experience working on project management tools like Datavision or Veeva Vault is preferred.
  • PMP certification and prior publication knowledge preferred (not mandatory but an advantage).

Our selection process typically involves an initial screening by a recruiter, a technical assessment, and two to three interview rounds. For this role, the process includes 1 round of Technical Interview with the Hiring Manager followed by the final HR Round. All interactions will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
