Overview of Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about building technology products and solving complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with software products and will be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys understanding customer and business needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and supporting the delivery of high-quality product solutions.

The successful candidate will play an important role throughout the product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and defining user stories to working closely with engineering teams during development, testing, and product improvements.

Experience in fintech, payments, loyalty platforms, e-commerce, or other digital products will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, customer problems, and product opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to support successful product delivery.
  • Participate in product discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering discussions.
  • Assist in prioritising product enhancements and improvements based on customer needs and business value.
  • Analyse customer feedback, product usage data, and market insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support product releases by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
  • Stay updated with technology trends and effectively use AI tools, including LLM-based tools, to improve productivity, research, analysis, and product development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, or a similar role within a technology/software product environment.
  • Exposure to complex software products and experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear product requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management practices.
  • Self-driven individual who can independently manage responsibilities while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
  • Willingness and ability to effectively use AI tools such as LLMs to enhance productivity and improve ways of working.
