About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and scale an AI-driven recruiting platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and US-based stakeholders to define product requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution in an Agile environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering in Agile/Scrum sprints
- Collaborate with US stakeholders on requirements, demos, and updates
- Track product performance using analytics tools
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of product management experience (SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence and product analytics tools
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working US hours
