Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial business leader to drive strategic growth across our Industrial & Manufacturing portfolio in the DACH region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and building trusted executive relationships.

Business Development & Strategic Growth

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic Industrial & Manufacturing accounts across the DACH region.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop account growth strategies through cross-selling, upselling, and long-term client partnerships.

Executive Client Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior business stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning digital transformation initiatives with business objectives.
  • Understand client priorities and identify opportunities to create measurable business value.

Digital Transformation & AI

  • Position Nagarro's Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, Data, and intelligent manufacturing solutions.
  • Identify transformation opportunities based on clients' business models, value chains, and digital maturity.
  • Integrate AI-led solutions into customer engagements to accelerate innovation and business outcomes.

Account Strategy & Collaboration

  • Develop strategic account plans and drive opportunities from qualification through contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with global sales, consulting, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to develop compelling client solutions.
  • Partner across global teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and long-term account growth.

Market Development & Thought Leadership

  • Represent Nagarro at industry events, executive forums, and customer engagements.
  • Share market insights and industry trends to strengthen Nagarro's presence in the Industrial & Manufacturing sector.
  • Position Nagarro as a trusted Digital Engineering partner for enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Technology Consulting, or IT Services.
  • Proven success in winning new business and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Strong experience in consultative selling, enterprise account management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation services.
  • Experience working with Industrial & Manufacturing clients is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
