Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group, a division of Macmillan Publishers, is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing, to manage the middle-grade and graphic novel marketing team, lead overall list strategy for both categories, and work directly with the team on title-specific marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing, the Associate Director will ensure that category strategies, plans, and the distribution of the budget meet key sales and leadership objectives, and drive book discovery with best-in-industry campaigns. This role will supervise the middle-grade and graphic novel marketing team, including three direct reports. The ideal candidate will be strategic and creative and must possess strong leadership, project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this role is $95,000,000-$110,000.

This position is classified as remote but is tied to our New York, NY office located at 120 Broadway. Employment is subject to New York State tax withholding under applicable regulations.
