The Associate Creative Director is responsible for concepting and producing high-volume marketing assets across all channels while maintaining brand consistency. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage production timelines, oversee external vendors, and support performance marketing initiatives.

Role Overview
This role is where brand strategy becomes real. The Creative Lead, Marketing is responsible for concepting and delivering the full volume of marketing assets across every channel — translating brand guidelines into high-quality, on-brand creative that drives performance.
This person is equal parts creative and operator: a strong conceptual thinker who can also manage a high-volume, multi-channel workload with precision. They are the primary production engine for the marketing team, working closely with performance, lifecycle, and integrated marketing to concept, build, version, and test.
A high degree of collaboration is required with other internal creative partners and marketing stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Marketing Asset Development
Concept and produce net-new creative across the full channel mix: email templates, paid social (static and video), organic social, landing pages, sales enablement materials, swag, and print.
Build and maintain a scalable template library for all recurring formats, ensuring the team can execute efficiently at volume.
Manage versioning across all active assets — audience variants, regional cuts, seasonal updates — with clear file naming and version control.
Support A/B testing creative: develop test variants based on hypotheses from marketing stakeholders
Brand-to-Execution Translation
Apply brand guidelines to every asset, format, and channel.
Identify gaps between brand standards and execution realities; surface those to the Creative Director proactively.
Maintain brand consistency across a high volume of outputs without sacrificing craft or speed.
Channel & Team Collaboration
Partner with Integrated Marketing stakeholders and channel leads to understand creative needs, timelines, and performance context.
Align with the Creative Director on brand direction, active priorities, and upcoming brand moments.
Communicate proactively on timelines, capacity, and tradeoffs — no surprises.
Production Support
Identify, brief, and manage external creative vendors when projects require photography, video production, or additional design bandwidth (e.g., versioning).
Maintain quality control and timeline accountability for all outsourced work.
Leverage AI tools strategically to increase throughput without sacrificing quality.
What you'll bring:
7–10 years in creative roles, with a portfolio demonstrating both strong conceptual thinking and high-volume execution across digital channels.
Deep channel fluency: you know what good looks like in paid social, email, landing pages, and print, and you can execute across all of them.
Strong design skills with working knowledge of motion/video direction for social formats.
Experience with performance and brand marketing — you work well with performance and lifecycle marketers who speak in metrics.
Organized and methodical about version control, A/B test documentation, and file management.
Collaborative and communicative.
Comfortable as an individual contributor producing high-quality work at volume without a team beneath you.
Fast-moving, deadline-oriented, and resourceful in a constrained environment.
Preferred
Experience in B2B, ecommerce, or design-adjacent businesses.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks for creative (copy variants, visual tests, format tests).
Background in performance marketing creative and/or lifecycle/email design.
Familiarity with the architecture, interior design, or built environment industry.
