The Assistant Vice President will assist the Senior Manager in overseeing daily IBG compliance operations, ensuring adherence to AML/KYC policies and regulatory standards. They will also provide compliant solutions to business proposals and proactively escalate critical issues to mitigate regulatory risks.
Assist Senior Manager Compliance in day-to-day operations of IBG Compliance unit, ensuring compliance to Bank’s AML/KYC policies/procedures and Regulatory requirements pertaining to IBG, including overseas branches.
Assist Senior Manager Compliance in supporting the business by providing compliant solutions to Regulatory requirements and intervene where necessary to stop a transaction/process/business proposal.
Pro-actively and promptly escalate any critical issues within Compliance and/or Business to ensure that the Bank is not investigated, charged, fined or publicly castigated by any of the regulatory authorities.
