This seasonal Project Coordinator role is responsible for reviewing, tracking, auditing, and communicating discrepancies across multiple systems and manual trackers. The role creates and monitors change requests, tracks the status and source of each change, and partners with the Project Management Office to address updates identified by Sagility Operations. This position works directly with the U.S. Project Management Office.
Assistant Project Manager
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
70% - Class Scheduling, Tracking, and Change Management
- Review data, reports, and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and overages.
- Enter project intake data into Excel trackers.
- Create and validate Class IDs and TRIO IDs in Workday or QuickBase, as needed.
- Complete weekly class validation requests and monitor the class tracker.
- Communicate discrepancies to appropriate teams and track resolution.
- Track and coordinate daily spreadsheet updates to maintain accuracy and accountability.
- Partner with PMO to confirm approvals for budgeted and forecasted classes.
- Conduct ongoing audits of spreadsheets and trackers.
- Participate in meetings and email communications to confirm approvals for unplanned changes.
20% - Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor change requests to ensure updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Partner with PMO to report on change activity and status.
- Identify data issues and drive resolution to closure.
10% - Administration and Operations
- Maintain the project management tracker and ensure status updates are current.
- Communicate team discrepancies and client project risks in a timely manner.
