Assistant Performance Strategist
 
We are seeking an Assistant Performance Strategist Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building client relationships, client retention, conducting client performance reviews, and generating new media revenue. The candidate should also have experience in marketing strategy, media strategy, and digital media strategy. The candidate should be detail-oriented, have a can-do attitude, and be proficient in PowerPoint and technology.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong partner & client relationships
  • Generate monthly performance reports including customized reporting for key accounts
  • Analyze client data, present insights, and conduct client performance reviews
  • Ensure client retention through effective communication and becoming a trusted partner
  • Proactively identify accounts at risk of churn and work closely with Performance Strategists to formulate an action plan to retain customer and revenue
  • Strategically identify upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Educate clients of product enhancements and services
  • Point of escalation for new client on-boarding
  • Be detail-oriented and have a can-do attitude
  • Be proficient in PowerPoint and technology
 
Requirements:
  • 1-4 years experience in Digital, Marketing, Media, or Sales
  • Experience in building client relationships
  • Experience in managing launch dates and new client onboarding contact
  • Experience in conducting client performance reviews and generating new media revenue
  • Experience in ensuring client retention through effective communication and marketing strategies
  • Experience in developing and implementing media strategies and digital media strategies
  • Experience building PowerPoint presentations showcasing client success highlighting key data insights
  • Detail-oriented and have a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and technology
