Our healthcare agency client is seeking an experienced *Art Supervisor* to help shape and execute integrated pharmaceutical marketing campaigns for both healthcare professional (HCP) and patient audiences. This remote, contract role is an opportunity for a strong visual thinker who enjoys balancing big-picture campaign development with hands-on design and execution.

*Art Supervisor Responsibilities:*
* Partner with Copywriters and Creative Directors to develop campaign concepts and visual solutions.
* Design and execute creative for digital, print, CRM, social, websites, email, presentations, and sales materials.
* Translate complex scientific and clinical information into engaging visual communications.
* Maintain brand consistency while preparing creative assets for MLR review and production.
* Present concepts and rationale while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines.
*Art Supervisor Qualifications:*
* 5-8 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience at the Art Director or Art Supervisor level.
* Portfolio demonstrating conceptual campaign development and executional design work.
* Strong visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
* Experience creating promotional materials for healthcare professionals and/or patient audiences and interpreting scientific content.
* Working knowledge of pharmaceutical MLR review processes, along with strong presentation and communication skills.
