Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM architectural models throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and construction managers to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
- Review and validate BIM models to comply with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
- Prepare and manage BIM documentation and reports to support project delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM software developments and industry best practices to continuously improve modeling efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with specialization in BIM modeling.
- Proven experience working as a BIM Modeler or Architect using BIM tools such as Revit or Cad Work.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural design principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet tight project deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in technical English for documentation and coordination.
