Responsibilities
- Develop 3D models using Revit and SketchUp for residential projects
- Produce high-quality, realistic architectural renderings
- Create detailed plans, sections, and elevations
- Convert conceptual designs into accurate construction-ready drawings
- Collaborate with the team during live screen-share sessions
- Manage independent work tasks with strong organization and accountability
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp
- Experience working on residential or small-scale architectural projects
- Ability to create realistic renderings
- High attention to detail and structured workflow management
- Comfortable working partially in real-time collaboration environments
Qualifications
