As a key player in the team, you will ensure that Arabic-speaking players receive timely and effective support to enhance their gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional player support in Arabic, primarily assisting with Supercell Games account inquiries
• Respond to player questions and resolve issues related to account management, game features, and technical problems
• Communicate with players through multiple channels, including email and chat
• Document player interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to relay player feedback and improve overall service quality

Stay informed about Supercell games and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is preferred
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Supercell games is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple player inquiries efficiently
