VIVA. is seeking an energetic, motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging current clients on behalf of our agencies with the goal of setting pre-qualified appointments, making live transfers, and scheduling phone/email connections.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and receive inbound cold calls to potential prospects
- Make warm calls to existing client databases
- Schedule qualified appointments or successfully transfer calls live
- Follow call scripts
- Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor on all calls
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Operate within required timelines and productivity expectations
- Serve as a self-starter with strong time-management skills
Requirements
- C-1/ C-2 English level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to establish rapport with prospects quickly
- Solid product knowledge retention
