Role Overview

You are the first human interaction with potential clients of Ace Design & Build.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound leads (Instagram, website, referrals)
  • Qualifying leads based on budget, seriousness, and fit
  • Positioning the company as premium and in demand
  • Booking high-quality appointments for the sales team

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Response (Speed = Money)

  • Call new leads promptly
  • Follow up via call and text if no answer
  • Maintain consistent follow-up (minimum 3–5 attempts)

2. Qualification (Core Function)
You must identify:

  • Project type (Backyard / ADU / Full Remodel)
  • Budget range (must align)
  • Timeline (serious vs. exploratory)
  • Decision maker (confirm if speaking to property owner)
  • If not qualified → politely disqualify or nurture
  • If qualified → proceed quickly to booking

3. Appointment Setting (With Authority)

  • Position meetings confidently (not asking)
  • Example tone:
    “We typically start with a design consultation where we go over your vision and possibilities. Based on what you shared, you’d be a strong fit.”
  • Offer 1–2 time slots
  • Create urgency (limited availability)
  • Confirm appointments clearly

4. Brand Representation
Every interaction should feel:

  • Premium
  • Organized
  • In demand
  • Professional (not robotic)

Objective:
“These are professionals I want to work with.”

5. CRM Management

  • Log every lead in the CRM
  • Track status (New / Contacted / Qualified / Booked / Dead)
  • Record notes (budget, personality, objections)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up
