Project Description

The project requires two experienced Full Stack Developers / Power Pages Migration Specialists to modernize legacy Adxstudio Portals (v8) by migrating them to Microsoft Power Pages.

The resources will analyze existing portal architecture, custom configurations, business logic, entity forms, web templates, web files, JavaScript, and data structures. They will support migration to Power Pages, leverage Microsoft Dataverse and the Enhanced Data Model, and use enterprise AI development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot to accelerate code translation, schema mapping, code modernization, and testing.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience developing and migrating Adxstudio Portals and Power Apps Portals, strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise, and practical experience with portal modernization and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy Adxstudio Portals (v8) architecture, configurations, custom components, and adx_ entities.
  
• Conduct technical discovery, identify migration risks, and contribute to solution design and technical documentation.
  
• Migrate legacy Adxstudio portals to Microsoft Power Pages.
  
• Use Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or related enterprise AI tools to assist with Liquid template conversion, JavaScript generation, CSS refactoring, and code modernization.
  
• Translate legacy .NET/C# business logic into suitable Power Pages implementations using Liquid, JavaScript, and supported platform capabilities.
  
• Migrate portal data from the Standard Data Model to the Enhanced Data Model using Power Platform CLI (pac ppa) and relevant Dataverse migration tools.
  
• Modernize Entity Forms, Web Forms, and Lists into Power Pages forms, multistep forms, and lists.
  
• Develop and optimize Liquid templates, custom JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and form validation logic.
  
• Integrate Power Pages with external systems, including payment processing, authentication frameworks, and SharePoint.
  
• Map legacy security roles and permissions to Dataverse Table Permissions and Power Pages Web Roles.
  
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, UAT support, debugging, and migration issue resolution.
  
• Support deployment, launch activities, knowledge transfer, and onboarding of technical team members.
  
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure migration quality, security, and platform compatibility.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
  

Mandatory Technical Experience

• 3+ years: Experience developing/migrating Adxstudio Portals (v8) to Power Apps Portals / Microsoft Power Pages.
  
• 3+ years: Experience developing Adxstudio Portals (v8) and Power Apps Portals.
  
• 3+ years: Experience migrating standard portal data models to the Enhanced Data Model.
  
• 1+ year: Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Copilot for Liquid translation and migration-related development tasks.
  

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have

• 3+ years: Experience integrating Power Pages with external systems.
  
• 3+ years: Experience mapping legacy security roles to Dataverse Table Permissions and Web Roles.
  
• 3+ years: Expertise in Liquid syntax, custom JavaScript, HTML5, and custom logic.
