Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Advertise vacancies across internal and external job boards and recruitment channels.
- Source candidates for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools.
- Screen applications and conduct candidate screening interviews to assess suitability.
- Will be managing candidates via AI based ATS system
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Deliver a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular recruitment updates.
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Share market intelligence, talent trends, and salary insights to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably within the UK market.
