Role Summary and Impact

BlueCloud is seeking a highly motivated Alliances Manager to help expand and strengthen our strategic partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on Snowflake. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by building trusted relationships across partner organizations, identifying and driving co-sell opportunities, and aligning BlueCloud's industry and solution offerings with partner priorities.

As a key member of the go-to-market team, the Alliances Manager will serve as the bridge between BlueCloud, Snowflake, and other strategic technology partners. You will work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and executive leadership teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, activate partner programs, generate pipeline, and position BlueCloud as a preferred services partner within the Snowflake ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
As an experienced Alliances Manager, you will:
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding BlueCloud's strategic partner relationships and accelerating co-sell opportunities across current and prospective accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Snowflake sales teams, partner account managers, solution specialists, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and align target account strategies with BlueCloud sales leadership to drive growth within key markets and priority customers.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans in partnership with Snowflake and other strategic technology partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and influence partner-sourced and partner-supported opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as the primary liaison between BlueCloud and partner organizations, helping connect internal teams with the right resources to accelerate customer outcomes.
  • Enable BlueCloud's sales organization on partner programs, incentives, funding opportunities, and available resources.
  • Develop repeatable solution plays, workshops, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings that strengthen BlueCloud's market position.
  • Partner closely with marketing to plan and execute partner-facing and customer-facing events, campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Track partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and key alliance metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster internal alignment through regular communications, enablement sessions, newsletters, and community-building activities across sales and delivery teams.
  • Serve as a market ambassador for BlueCloud, representing the company at partner events, conferences, customer meetings, and industry gatherings.


Ideal Candidate Profile

Professional Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic sales roles within cloud, data, analytics, or technology services environments.
  • Experience working within the partner ecosystem, preferably with Snowflake, cloud platforms, or enterprise data and AI technology providers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with partner sales teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leaders.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to create opportunities and drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, partner programs, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and executive-level engagement capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure partnership effectiveness and translate data into actionable insights.
  • A high degree of accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through in managing both internal and external relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant partner or cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.
