The Role

We're seeking an Alliance Referral Manager to build and scale a high-performing referral partner ecosystem that generates qualified pipeline and drives revenue growth. This role develops strong partner relationships, enables partners to identify and introduce new opportunities, and ensures consistent conversion from referral through closed business.

Key Tasks/Duties:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard referral partners aligned to target markets and solutions

  • Drive consistent referral pipeline and partner-sourced opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships with regular check-ins and performance reviews

  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure efficient follow-up and conversion of referral leads

  • Collaborate with Sales to develop sales strategies for critical ERP’s and vertical markets through referral partners.

  • Develop and deliver enablement materials (messaging, referral criteria, use cases)

  • Track and report on referral pipeline, conversion rates, and partner performance

  • Continuously improve referral processes and partner experience

Essential Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred,

  • 5-7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, or business development

  • Proven ability to drive pipeline or revenue through indirect channels

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Travel:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of working hours

Salary Range: $120,000-170,000 + Commission
