Position Summary
The Alarm Licensing Specialist is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and managing alarm company licenses throughout the United States. This position is intended to satisfy regulatory and licensing requirements in multiple states by serving as the company's designated Qualified Manager, Responsible Managing Employee (RME), Qualifying Agent, or equivalent qualifying individual, where permitted by law. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's continued compliance with state and local alarm licensing laws while supporting expansion into new jurisdictions. This individual will serve as the organization's primary subject matter expert on alarm licensing, regulatory compliance, and licensing administration, and will provide guidance in the development of company training programs, operational policies, and compliance procedures. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role as the company's licensing portfolio and regulatory responsibilities continue to expand.
