AI Workflow Intern

About the Role

Wonder Group is seeking an AI Workflow Intern to help build AI-powered business processes across the organization.

This internship is ideal for someone passionate about AI, automation, and business operations. You'll work alongside our AI and operations teams to automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and explore how AI can make our marketing, sales, customer success, and internal operations more efficient.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience using modern AI tools while working on real business challenges.

What You'll Work On

• Assist in building AI-powered workflows using no-code and low-code automation tools
  

• Support CRM automation and lead management processes
  

• Help automate repetitive operational and administrative tasks
  

• Assist with AI-assisted research, documentation, and reporting
  

• Build simple AI agents and workflow automations under supervision
  

• Test workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  

• Document processes and create internal guides
  

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and product teams on automation projects
  

You'll Learn

• Workflow automation using Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
  

• AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and OpenAI APIs
  

• CRM automation and customer journey workflows
  

• Prompt engineering and structured AI workflows
  

• API fundamentals and AI integrations

• AI governance and responsible AI implementation
  

Requirements

Preferred Skills

• Currently studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
  

• Interest in AI, automation, productivity tools, or business systems
  

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
  

• Basic understanding of workflows or automation platforms is a plus
  

• Logical problem-solving skills
  

• Strong communication and willingness to learn
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
