AI Tech Lead - Node.js & React

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tech/Team Lead to steer our engineering team in the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Your Role:

As our AI Tech Lead, you will lead and mentor an engineering team focused on developing and deploying robust AI solutions. You will help elevate the team’s skill set in AI technologies while overseeing the choice of our AI Platform, from wherein we will build our AI powered solutions..

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams in the development of AI-driven solutions.
• Utilize deep practical experience with various AI models and frameworks to inform design and implementation strategies.
• Design scalable, performant, and secure architectures for AI systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, including conceptualization, deployment, and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges associated with AI implementation.
• Articulate technical vision and provide clear guidance, fostering collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Remain involved in coding, model development, and the review of technical designs.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring AI and Software engineering teams and, defining and building applications and POCs
• Strategic approach to help identify, design and build AI workflows for the global business.
• Background as a Fullstack with Node.js & React
• Experience integrating AI into existing systems for different solutions;
• Strong understanding and experience with AI models, frameworks, and deployment strategies
• Expertise in designing secure and scalable AI system architectures.
• Experience managing projects through entire lifecycles.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities in AI-related technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
• Hands-on experience in coding and software integrations.
