AI Summary

You will build a content factory from scratch, including processes, guidelines, and AI pipelines to create meaningful narratives. Your goal is to ensure AI models effectively recommend Welltory by turning complex health data into engaging, helpful stories for users with chronic conditions.

Welltory is a leading wellness app with over 17 million downloads in 130+ countries — mostly in the US — and more than 200,000 five-star ratings.

Our diverse team, consisting of health scientists, data researchers, engineers, and various experts, is dedicated to leveraging the latest in technology and science to enhance the well-being of millions worldwide.

We're looking for an AI Story Editor — but honestly, we're looking for a partner. Someone to tackle together what nobody on the market has pulled off yet: reborn the Welltory brand through AI visibility, and through that, genuinely help the most vulnerable part of our users — people living with chronic illness.

Let us be upfront about who we're not looking for: someone who just wants to churn out AI-generated texts and publish them without meaning — even if that bumps up LLM visibility. That's not the game we're interested in playing. Visibility without meaning is noise. We want to build signal.
We want someone who understands why one piece of content lands and another doesn't. Who sees a story in data, a person in a story, and in that person — a reason to create something truly valuable.

This isn't about "writing content."
It's about understanding why one text connects and another one misses — and being able to explain that through clear criteria, not just gut feeling. We want Welltory to be heard not only in Google, but inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude — where people are actually searching for health answers today. Especially people with chronic conditions, for whom the right advice at the right moment can change their life.

What matters for this role:

  • You have strong AI DNA. You live in these tools, experiment, and understand how they "think" and what they learn from;
  • You have a feel for great writing and can explain why it works — structure, emotion, hook, intent;
  • You can find the story in facts. Not "HRV increased by 12%," but "here's a woman who slept through the night for the first time in five years — and here's how she got there";
  • Your English is excellent (we work on a global market);
  • You're genuinely curious about how trust is built through writing, and how AI models pick up on that trust.

What doesn't matter:

  • Experience. At all. You could come from academia, journalism, or straight out of university;
  • A marketing background. If you understand meaning and love playing with language — that's enough.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building a content factory from scratch: processes, criteria, guidelines, AI pipelines;
  • Finding the right approach to the hardest audience — people with chronic conditions — in a way that's ethical, precise, and genuinely helpful;
  • Making AI models recommend Welltory in different framings, across different contexts;
  • Turning data and insights into stories and narratives that LLMs will want to learn from.

Why this will be interesting

  • HealthTech is growing fast, and we're growing with it
  • You'll be working at the frontier — GEO and AI visibility is a space where the rules don't exist yet — and we're writing them
  • No ceiling on ideas or initiative — Global market, real-time feedback, a team that genuinely cares about the product

We're not looking for someone to execute. We're looking for a partner — someone to figure out together how to be heard in a new world where a model stands between the brand and the user.

What We Offer

  • Flexible hours & a high-trust culture — we care about results, not clock time
  • Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and stock options
  • 50% hardware subsidy after 6 months
  • Access to a therapist & employee support program
  • Health insurance
  • Support for personal learning and development
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Culture of openness, honesty, and high standards

I was the first applicant for a remote marketing position that got listed on the company website the same day I applied. Had an interview within 48 hours!
