We're growing our AI Product & Design team — and we're looking for a builder.

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Product Builder to join our Product team working CET time zone.
This is not a traditional PM role. You won't just define roadmaps — you'll ship things. You will be part of us redefining how we build products at Foundever. 

The Product Builder will use vibe coding tools and AI powered development environments to build internal and customer-facing applications at enterprise scale. You will collaborate closely with a Tech Lead, take ownership of identifying and validating use cases, and lead the go to market for the applications you build, with support from our Product and Marketing teams.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Build and ship internal tools and user-facing apps using vibe coding platform
• Discover use cases  — talk to users, identify pain points, and shape what gets built next
• Iterate fast — test, learn, and improve in short cycles without waiting for perfection
• Collaborate with a Tech Lead to ensure what you build is scalable, secure, and production-ready at enterprise level
• Own the go-to-market of your apps — from naming and positioning to rollout, adoption, and feedback loops
• Maintain a sharp product instinct — you think about the user, the business value, and the feasibility all at once

Experience

• 1–3 years in a Product, builder, or technical role — startup experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build and launch digital products or tools (show us what you've shipped)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and no-code/low-code or vibe coding environments
• Exposure to agile or lean product methods

Skills/Abilities

• Builder first — you default to doing, not just planning
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving contexts
• Strong user empathy and product intuition
• Strong communicator — written and verbal
• Curious about AI, CX, and enterprise tech
• Knowledge of CX and BPO industry.
• Experience in SaaS, or enterprise software environments
• French or Spanish language skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. We care about what you've built, not just where you studied.

Language

• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).
• French and Spanish language skills are a bonus

Tools

• Vibe coding / AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Bolt, v0, Replit, Lovable, or similar)
• Product tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalent
• MS Office suite
• Generative AI tools — you use daily, naturally
