About the Opportunity

We are staffing a senior engineering role for a fast-moving US-based media-tech company building a greenfield film and crew marketplace platform. This is not a maintenance role. You will own features end-to-end, think like a product manager, and ship at startup velocity.

What You’ll Build

• A film crew marketplace connecting production teams with talent globally

• "Go to set" features enabling real-time crew coordination and logistics

• AI-powered features leveraging multiple generative models (OpenAI, Fal.ai, Nano Banana 2, Seedance)

• Full-stack features with React frontend, Node.js backend, and MongoDB

• MVP-state features shipped in hours, not weeks — fast iteration, high autonomy

  Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, with recent full-stack work.

  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI-integrated features in production.

  • Proficiency in React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

  • Experience calling and orchestrating third-party AI model APIs.

  • Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).

  • Ability to write steering files and build disciplined AI workflows.

  • Conversational to professional English — written and verbal.

  • Experience with generative media APIs (image, video, or audio generation)

  • Background in marketplace or platform products

  • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, or similar)

  • US tourist visa or ability to travel occasionally to the US
