AI Summary

Manage end-to-end agentic-enabled client support and drive platform adoption through guidance on prompting and workflows. Synthesize client feedback for product teams and investigate technical platform issues with rigor.

Titan is building the AI platform for banking – creating the models and agents that will define the industry. Led by a team of former CTOs with multiple exits, former bank operators and former regulators, the Titan AI Platform Analyst program is designed to develop the next generation of AI operators, engineers, and client leaders. As a Platform Analyst, you will work at the frontier of AI, getting firsthand experience operating cutting-edge AI systems in production environments, learning directly from seasoned operators and engineers, and building the foundation for a high-impact career in AI. AI Platform Analysts who excel have a clear path to roles across Forward Deployed Engineering, Client Ownership, and Product Management. We're seeking a driven, technically curious individual ready to make our customers wildly successful as we scale.

What you'll do

  • Own an agentic-enabled client support experience end-to-end - from first contact through resolution - ensuring every user interaction reflects Titan's standard of excellence

  • Deepen client adoption of the Titan platform through hands-on guidance on prompting, workflows, and use case development

  • Synthesize client feedback into structured, high-signal inputs for Titan's Product and Engineering teams

  • Investigate platform issues with depth and rigor, exhausting resolution paths before escalating to Engineering, Product or Forward Deployed Engineering

  • Develop sharp pattern recognition across inbound requests - distinguishing user education gaps, product limitations, and technical issues in real time

  • Build and continuously improve a living knowledge base that makes the entire team smarter and faster over time

  • Maintain visibility across client communication channels, ensuring nothing slips and no client feels unheard

  • Team with Client Partners and Forward Deployed Engineers, enabling seamless handoffs and a unified client experience

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, information systems, or similar)

  • Fundamental technical skills and deep curiosity about AI platforms and how they work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

  • High agency and extreme ownership - you dig in, figure it out, and don't wait to be told what to do

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Banking or fintech experience a plus

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation (salary + meaningful, pre-Series A equity)

  • Structured 18–24 month analyst program with a defined path to roles in Forward Deployed Engineering, Client Partnership, or Product Management

  • Remote-first culture with opportunity for in-person collaboration

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% of employee premiums paid by Titan)

Why Titan

We're building the AI platform for banking because many of the two million people employed by 4,000+ banks in the United States cannot safely and securely use bleeding edge AI tools at work. Moreover, none of them are using AI tools purpose-built for banking in their daily workflows. We are changing that.

We are creating secure, bank-native AI infrastructure and applications that meet the needs of modern banking and financial services. Our platform includes:

  • Titan Foundry: Secure gateway to top AI models for bank employees

  • Banking-Reasoning Models: Our flagship small language models purpose-built for financial services, trained by ex-regulators and banking leaders

  • Banking Agents: Configurable AI application layer with expertise in lending, compliance, underwriting, and operations

Our small team consists of former founders, CTOs, engineers, operators, and regulators from places like Goldman Sachs, KeyBank, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. We have built and sold companies to top 25 U.S. banks.

If you're a high-agency individual who loves tackling complex problems in an emerging space, we want to hear from you!
