We are seeking a forward-thinking, high-leverage Marketing Generalist. This isn't a traditional post and ghost social media role; we are looking for an AI-native builder who believes that the future of marketing lies in technical efficiency and scalable systems.

In this role, you will act as a force multiplier. You will balance the creative demands of organic brand building with the technical execution of AI-driven outreach, media positioning, and paid advertising. We need a Generalist who doesn't just manage channels but architecturally designs them to convert.

Remote, Independent Contractor role

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lifecycle & Email Outreach
    • Build, launch, and optimize automated email sequences designed to move prospects from "curious" to "active users."
    • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, or custom GPT scripts) to research prospects and personalize outreach at a level that feels human but operates at scale.
    • Own the data: track conversion rates, iterate on messaging, and relentlessly optimize for activation.
  • Paid Strategy & Execution
    • Develop the strategy for paid acquisition (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and—more importantly—hit the buttons yourself.
    • Manage the full cycle: from creative briefing (using AI for image/ad copy generation) to campaign setup, bidding strategy, and attribution.
    • Rapidly test and kill campaigns based on CAC/LTV data.
  • Modern PR & Brand Authority
    • Design and execute PR campaigns that move the needle. We aren’t looking for "press releases"; we want media mentions and thought leadership.
    • Use AI to monitor trends, identify journalist beats, and craft high-signal pitches that land placements in top-tier publications and niche industry newsletters.
    • Turn internal data and company wins into compelling narratives that earn organic reach.
Role Requirements (Must-Haves):
  • Proven track record of running successful paid ad accounts with measurable ROI.
  • Experience in B2B or PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments where conversion is the primary KPI.
  • Expert-level prompt engineering and familiarity with the evolving AI marketing landscape.
  • Exceptional writing skills (both for humans and for SEO/Algorithms).
  • A portfolio or case studies showing how you’ve taken a project from "zero to one" independently.
  • You have a stack of AI tools you use daily. You understand how to use LLMs, automation platforms (Zapier/Make), and AI creative tools to 10x your individual output.
