As the company continues to invest in AI-driven innovation, they are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to audit workflows, implement intelligent automation, and optimize business operations across finance, accounting, and order management.

Role Overview

The AI Implementation Specialist will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency across accounting, finance, operations, and order management. The AI Implementation Specialist will build AI agents, automate repetitive processes, integrate AI solutions with existing business systems, and provide training to ensure successful adoption across departments. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong AI implementation expertise with operational thinking and hands-on automation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Audit & Optimization

• Audit existing workflows across finance, accounting, operations, and order processing.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.

• Evaluate accounting processes and recommend AI-driven improvements.

• Design scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.

AI Automation & Implementation

• Build and deploy AI agents using ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI platforms.

• Automate accounting workflows, including invoice processing and document management.

• Design secure AI-powered systems for order processing and operational workflows.

• Replicate or redesign business processes using AI automation.

Data Management & Security

• Organize and securely store financial and operational data.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across automated systems.

• Support secure handling of business-critical information.

• Maintain reliable AI-driven workflows with minimal manual intervention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with finance, operations, and IT teams during AI implementation.

• Develop documentation and training materials for AI workflows.

• Train internal teams on AI tools and automation processes.

• Communicate project progress, recommendations, and implementation outcomes to leadership.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and automation best practices.

• Recommend new tools and automation opportunities.

• Monitor AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Continuously improve implemented workflows based on business needs.

Qualifications Experience

• 3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions in business environments.

• Experience building AI-powered workflows and automation systems.

• Experience automating accounting and financial processes.

• Experience working with QuickBooks automation.

• Experience integrating AI tools with existing business platforms.

• Experience auditing operational workflows and identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications Skills

• Expert knowledge of ChatGPT.

• Expert knowledge of Claude.

• Experience with QuickBooks.

• Strong coding and AI integration skills.

• Strong understanding of workflow automation and AI agent development.
