AI First Software Developer II/III

We are looking for a AI First Software Developer II/III to design, develop, and maintain software applications with increasing independence. Collaborate with Software Developers and cross-functional teams to contribute to the design and delivery of reliable, scalable software solutions. We are an AI-forward engineering team, and we expect our developers to use AI tools as a normal part of how they work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop software using .NET, Lambda, and AWS

• Use AI development tools as part of day-to-day development, and review and test the output before it ships

• Complete moderately complex programming and troubleshooting tasks

• Develop and maintain applications throughout the full software development life cycle

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects and technical issues

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development practices

• Collaborate with team members on application design, technical solutions, and system enhancements

• Assist in supporting and mentoring less experienced Software Developers as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3-5+ years of professional software development experience

• Experience developing applications using .NET or similar object-oriented technologies

• Experience using AI coding assistants as part of day-to-day development

• Understanding of software development principles and practices

• Experience in fintech or payment processing is preferred

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Salary Range:

• $100,000 - $150,000 annually
