Base fee: USD $1000–$1500 / MONTH + Performance Incentives (paid via bank direct deposit)

Who You Are
You are a senior designer with 5+ years’ experience creating high-conversion email templates, social graphics, web funnels and marketing collateral, and 2+ years on using Ai Tools almost exclusively. You are experienced in GHL email design, and fluent in using AI tools to scale creativity and speed for design and videos.

Responsibilities
• Design and optimize high-converting email templates and campaign assets in Go High Level (GHL).
• Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks and funnel pages; maintain a modular design system.
• Run A/B tests, package deliverables with clear specs, and ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers.
• Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows and maintain high quality and accessibility standards.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience in digital and brand design with a strong portfolio across email, web and social.
• Proficiency in Ai-Tools across webpage, graphics, brochure, video production and delivery; experience with GHL email design and CRM-integrated campaigns and Ai-generated HTML coding.
• Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, A/B testing and metrics-driven design; excellent English.

Nice-to-have
• Experience with CapCut / Premiere for short-form video assets.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Framer or basic HTML/CSS for funnel implementations.

Benefits

Compensation & performance bonuses
Base fee: USD $1000–$1500 per month (depending on experience).
Performance incentives: USD $$500/mo for KPI over-performance

Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
