The Job
As an AI-First Mobile Developer, your main goal is to build modern, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications using AI as your primary development workflow. You'll work within an AI Pods structure alongside other AI-First developers, designers, and delivery managers. You'll own mobile features end-to-end, from architecture through deployment, and you'll be expected to keep raising the bar on how the team builds with AI.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship mobile applications across iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks.
• Use agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as your default workflow writing context documents, managing AI-generated output, and running parallel tasks.
• Design mobile architectures that are clean, scalable, and easy for both humans and AI agents to work with
• Review and refactor AI-generated code with the same rigor you'd apply to any PR
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Debug and resolve issues related to performance, crashes, and scalability
• Contribute to code reviews, technical decisions, and engineering best practices

What You Bring To The Team

Must Have Skills

• 5+ years of Mobile Development experience
• Strong experience with at least one of: Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin, React Native, and Flutter
• Strong programming fundamentals and mobile architecture design.
• You can reason about unfamiliar codebases, debug complex issues, refactor with intent, and recognize when systems require structural improvements rather than surface-level fixes
• Experience reviewing and refactoring AI-generated code
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance, and platform constraints
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile
• Good English communication, written and spoken

Nice To Have
• Experience across multiple mobile platforms or frameworks (native + cross-platform)
• Experience building AI-powered features or integrating LLM APIs into mobile apps
• Familiarity with on-device ML or edge AI
• Mobile security and offline-first architecture experience
• App Store and Google Play deployment experience
• Experience writing context documents or prompt strategies for AI coding agents
