Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Expert with specialization in Claude (Anthropic AI) to help design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions across business operations. This role focuses on prompt engineering, workflow automation, and integrating Claude into real-world use cases such as customer service, sales, content creation, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize Claude AI prompts for various business functions
- Build AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Integrate Claude with existing tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- Analyze AI performance and continuously refine outputs for accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with teams (sales, marketing, operations) to identify AI opportunities
- Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for AI usage
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, especially Claude and LLM technologies
- Ensure ethical and secure use of AI systems
Required Qualifications
