Profile Requirements:

• Min 2.5 years experience in automation, AI workflows, software development, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar LLMs
• Experience building AI agents, prompts, and workflow automations
• Experience using tools such as:
• n8n
• Zapier
• Make.com
• LangChain
• Retool
• Airtable
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Basic to intermediate programming capability in Python or JavaScript

Core responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automation systems
• Develop AI agents and process automations using Claude, OpenAI, and related platforms
• Build integrations between AI systems and third-party platforms via APIs
• Assist in implementing retrieval systems, prompt frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows
• Analyse operational processes and identify automation opportunities
• Streamline repetitive tasks using AI and workflow automation tools
• Improve efficiency, reporting, and operational scalability through automation initiatives
• Support departments with AI enablement and workflow optimisation
• Integrate AI tools into CRMs, project management systems, communication tools, and internal platforms
• Assist with AI testing, troubleshooting, optimisation, and monitoring
• Maintain documentation for AI workflows, prompts, and automation logic
