We are seeking a highly capable AI Content Creator / AI Avatar Video Editor to help transform client's decades of medical expertise into high-end, AI-led online courses. This role is not about basic editing or social media posting; it is a specialized position focused on scaling human expertise through digital replication.

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Remote: Fully remote
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $1200-1500 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities: 

AI Avatar Management:
  • Create language-specific AI clones (one specialized clone per target language).
  • Maintain consistency in tone, authority, and medical credibility across all clones.
  • Manage the technical quality of the avatar, voice modulation, and delivery for each localization.
Course Production:
  • Convert raw books and lectures into AI-led course videos and educational modules.
  • Ensure all outputs are accurate, structured, and meet the standards of a premium paid education platform.
Localization & Translation:
  • Support translation workflows for complex medical scripts.
  • Implement AI voice and video localization to ensure the delivery feels natural in every target language.
Role Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in AI clone creation or similar role
  • Proven, hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools (Synthesia is highly preferred).
  • Strong AI prompting skills across text (LLMs), voice (cloning), and video.
  • Experience working with long-form, knowledge-heavy content. You must be able to digest dense medical information and structure it for video.
  • High attention to detail and a deep respect for subject-matter accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant instruction.
  • Strong English communication skills.
