Their services include AI readiness audits, workflow automation, AI agent implementation, employee training, website and landing page creation, and ongoing AI solution maintenance. As the business continues to grow, the client is looking for a dedicated team member to help execute and deploy AI solutions while allowing the founder to focus on business development and client relationships.

About the Role:

The client is seeking an AI Automation & Implementation Specialist to support the technical execution of AI projects from start to finish. This is not a software development role but rather an implementation focused position for someone with strong AI literacy, prompt engineering experience, and workflow automation knowledge. The ideal candidate enjoys exploring new AI technologies, can build practical AI powered solutions, and is excited to continuously learn while helping clients successfully implement AI into their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Implementation

• Deploy AI solutions based on client requirements.
• Configure and implement AI agents for business operations.
• Assist with onboarding new client projects from a technical implementation perspective.
• Maintain and optimize deployed AI solutions.

Workflow Automation

• Build automated workflows using no code or low code platforms such as Zapier.
• Connect AI tools with business systems through available integrations.
• Create efficient automation processes that improve client operations.

Prompt & AI Optimization

• Develop advanced prompts and prompt frameworks for different business use cases.
• Train and optimize AI models for specific client objectives.
• Leverage AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to create high quality outputs.

AI Content & Digital Assets

• Use AI tools to create websites and landing pages.
• Generate AI powered marketing videos and visual content.
• Support content creation initiatives using modern AI platforms.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay current with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices.
• Participate in training and continuously expand AI knowledge.
• Recommend new tools and implementation strategies that benefit clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Must

• Previous experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering beyond basic AI usage.
• Experience creating AI workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier or similar tools.
• Familiarity with deploying or configuring AI agents.
• Ability to use AI tools to generate websites, landing pages, or digital assets.
• Strong problem solving and implementation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Preferred

• Experience building autonomous or automated AI agents.
• Previous experience implementing AI solutions for businesses.
• Experience with AI generated video creation tools.
• Knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization.
