We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and support intelligent automation solutions that improve business operations, increase efficiency, and enable scalable growth across Gorilla Logic and our clients.
What You'll Build
- Enterprise integrations between business-critical platforms such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Zendesk, data platforms, internal applications, and third-party APIs
AI-powered workflows and agentic solutions using n8n and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate operational processes, knowledge retrieval, data enrichment, content generation, and decision support.
- Production-grade automation workflows with monitoring, alerting, error handling, and operational reporting.
- Custom JavaScript and Python components to extend automation capabilities and integrate specialized business requirements.
- Scalable automation frameworks that support cross-functional teams and client initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation and integration workflows from concept through production
- Build AI-enabled solutions that solve real business challenges and deliver measurable operational impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and business units to gather requirements and prioritize automation opportunities
- Manage and execute work from Jira backlogs and project roadmaps while maintaining high delivery quality
- Ensure solutions adhere to Gorilla Logic security, governance, and engineering best practices
- Create documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials for implemented solutions
- Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Stay current with emerging AI, automation, and integration technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience building and maintaining production workflows in n8n
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and data integration patterns
- Experience developing AI-powered workflows using LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for workflow customization and automation development
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within distributed engineering teams
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering solutions in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with self-hosted n8n environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace, and other enterprise SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and automation governance
- Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and operational analytics for automation platforms
