AI Analyst

Position Summary

The AI Analyst will own the requirement gathering and process mapping lifecycle of enterprise AI initiatives. The role will partner with business leaders to document workflows, identify automation opportunities, and ensure AI investments target the most impactful bottlenecks. The role requires an analytical thinker who can bridge complex operational realities with technical possibilities to drive alignment across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and map complex operational workflows across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding to identify AI use cases

· Gather and document detailed business requirements from end-users to guide technical development

· Measure and report on the ROI and performance metrics of deployed AI solutions

· Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding data lineage, compliance, and auditing standards

· Track KPIs tied to time-savings, process automation rates, and operational efficiency gains

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience across business analysis, process improvement, or fund operations

· Demonstrated ability to map workflows and translate operational needs into technical requirements

· Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics; strong conceptual understanding required

· Ability to work effectively with technical teams to ensure business requirements are met

· Deep conceptual understanding of financial services or fund administration workflows

· Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills

· Operator mindset with a focus on execution and process outcomes
