Affiliate Marketing Project Lead

In this role, you will:

• Budgeting & Optimization: Plan and control marketing budgets, track key performance metrics for traffic acquisition, optimize active campaign traffic flows, and scale profitable spend.

• Market Insights: Organize the collection and monitoring of market insights and trends through the affiliate marketing team, and deliver them to the product team.

• Promo Coordination: Coordinate with the product team on promotional materials, bonuses, and promo codes to ensure affiliate needs are covered.

• Traffic Analysis: Analyze traffic conversion issues with the product team and systematize traffic sources to improve performance.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Analytics: Strong analytical skills in traffic performance metrics (ATPU, ARPU, LTV, etc.).

• Financial Modeling: Budget planning and financial modeling for traffic acquisition and campaign scaling.

• Affiliate Expertise: Deep understanding of affiliate traffic acquisition, including the specifics of different traffic sources and experience with various affiliate payment models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

• Data Tools: Data analysis and reporting using marketing analytics tools and BI systems.
