Affiliate Manager Sweeps

We are looking for a sharp, metrics-driven Affiliate Manager with a proven track record in the Sweepstakes (Sweeps) vertical. If you know the exact difference between a high-converting SOI voucher offer and a competitive CC-submit campaign in your sleep—and you already have a Rolodex of trusted media buyers ready to run them—we want to talk to you.

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliates specializing in Sweepstakes offers. You’ll breathe life into traffic data, optimize performance funnels, and ensure our margins remain as healthy as your relationships with your top publishers.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Actively manage and scale an existing portfolio of affiliates and publishers focused on Sweeps traffic (Push, Pop, Native, FB, TikTok, Google).

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source and vet high-quality new affiliates, networks, and media buyers who specialize in Sweeps (SOI, DOI, and CC-Submit models).

• Campaign Optimization: Monitor daily traffic quality, conversion rates (CR), and ROI. Work closely with affiliates to optimize landers, pre-landers, and targeting.

• Fraud Prevention: Keep a hawk-eye on traffic quality. Identify, investigate, and eliminate fraudulent activity or low-compliance traffic before it impacts our advertisers.

• Negotiation & Strategy: Negotiate competitive payouts, caps, and custom funnels with top performers to secure exclusive volume.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze performance metrics daily and report on revenue targets, growth trends, and vertical shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, with at least 1+ years dedicated specifically to the Sweepstakes vertical.

• Industry Network: A ready-to-go network of active Sweeps affiliates and media buyers.

• Technical Savvy: Deep familiarity with industry tracking platforms (e.g., Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, Everflow, Cake, or HasOffers). You know how to troubleshoot a broken postback without breaking a sweat.

• Vertical Knowledge: Solid understanding of global Sweeps compliance, localized lander trends, and GEO-specific performance (Tier 1 vs. LatAm/APAC trends).

• Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. You know how to motivate publishers and resolve conflicts smoothly.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets, Excel, and pivot tables to spot trends and anomalies.
