About the Role

We are supporting a fast-growing international iGaming operator seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager – LATAM to drive affiliate acquisition, performance optimisation, and long-term revenue growth across key Latin American markets.

This role is focused on building and scaling high-performing affiliate partnerships across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. The successful candidate will bring an established affiliate network, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to generate quality traffic and sustainable revenue.

This is a commercially driven position suited to someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and understands the mechanics of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid deals, FTDs, and NGR optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across major LATAM markets

• Leverage existing affiliate relationships to accelerate growth

• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals aligned with business objectives

• Monitor and optimise affiliate performance metrics including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality

• Analyse campaign data to maximise ROI and long-term value

• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams

• Ensure affiliates adhere to brand and regulatory guidelines

• Prepare detailed performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights for management

Required Profile

• Proven hands-on experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming / online betting industry

• Demonstrated track record managing affiliates across LATAM markets

• Existing portfolio of active affiliates and established industry relationships

• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTDs, and NGR

• Experience using affiliate tracking platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar

• Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred

• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
