On behalf of our client, a dynamic iGaming company, we are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive affiliate channel development, recruitment, partner management, and traffic growth. This role requires prior iGaming experience, familiarity with affiliate marketing models, and hands-on expertise in recruiting affiliates, negotiating terms, managing traffic quality, and optimizing conversions
Responsibilities
Affiliate Recruitment & Development
- Proactively find, contact, and recruit new affiliate partners.
- Develop various types of traffic partners, including SEO websites, casino review sites, media buying teams, KOLs/influencers, Telegram communities, social media traffic owners, agent teams, and ad networks.
- Build and maintain an affiliate resource pool, continuously exploring new partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate business terms with partners, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, fixed fees, and exclusive partnerships.
- Regularly attend iGaming industry exhibitions, business events, and offline meetings to expand industry connections.
Affiliate Management & Relationship Maintenance
- Maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners, increasing cooperation depth and stability.
- Provide partners with tracking links, landing pages, creatives, promotions, and marketing information.
- Assist affiliates in optimizing their promotion methods to improve registrations, first-time deposits, retention, and deposit performance.
Data Monitoring & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze affiliate channel data, including key metrics such as clicks, registrations, first-time deposits, deposit amounts, NGR, retention, and ROI.
- Regularly evaluate affiliate traffic quality, identifying high-value partners and low-quality traffic sources.
- Detect abnormal traffic, fraudulent behavior, arbitrage, bonus abuse, and low-quality user risks.
- Deliver weekly reports, monthly reports, and partner performance analyses.
Business Development & Market Research
- Research competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, marketing activities, and partnership models.
- Continuously identify new market opportunities, traffic channels, and collaboration methods.
- Conduct online and offline business communications with potential partners to drive partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of affiliate management experience in the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience in affiliate recruitment, outreach, and management.
- Familiarity with online casino, slots, live casino, sports betting, and similar products.
- Knowledge of affiliate models including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and fixed fees.
- Hands-on experience negotiating terms, evaluating traffic quality, and managing affiliate performance.
- Existing network of iGaming affiliates, media buyers, KOLs, traffic teams, or ad networks is a plus.
- Strong business communication, negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel, including attending industry exhibitions, visiting partners, and business meetings.
- English proficiency required as a working language; Chinese or other Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
- Experience in Southeast Asia, Latin America, or emerging markets is a plus.
